If I say “self-care,” do you picture pastel bath bombs, scented candles, and someone telling you to “just relax”? Yeah, me too.
That’s why I don’t talk about self-care. I talk about performance insurance. Wellness without the woo.
7 Habits:
The Wake-Up Water: Start with 500ml before coffee.
Desk Break Micro-Stretches: 3 mins, every 90 mins.
Device Curfew: Phone down 1 hour before bed.
Protein-First Breakfast: Kill the crash before it starts.
Standing Meetings: Keeps energy and focus high.
Hydration in View: Keep a bottle in every meeting room.
Scheduled Breathwork: 4-6 breathing pattern before big decisions.
You don’t need a juice cleanse or a Himalayan retreat (although, let's face it, that would be amazing!). You need a handful of high-return habits done every day.
That’s more than self-care. That’s self-respect.
